SUNDAY MEDITATION PRACTICE
11AM - 12:30PM

Practice includes silent meditation, chanting, dharma talks and group discussion.

You are invited to arrive early at 10:45AM so that you may get settled before the meditation begins.

(corner of Main and Market Sts.), Wailuku, Maui, Hawai'i

***Please bring your own meditation cushion / Floormats and a few chairs are available***

Starting at 12:45PM individual interviews
with Pema Wangmo
regarding your personal meditation practice
will be available.
